From 1st October, NHS England requires all GP surgeries to make online consultations available to patients during core hours. To comply, our online consultation hours will be adjusted to: 8:00am – 6:30pm (Monday–Friday)

This service is for routine and non-urgent requests.

  • urgent medical issues, please contact NHS 111.

  • For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 immediately.

This small change will not cause disruption, as our online consultations were already open for most of the day.
